John Vincent Coulter was born in 1961 to the couple Nell husbands Martin, a wife of an agent from the F.B.I. Her family is Irish and German heritage. She worked for the United States Court of Appeals of Kansas in the capacity of a clerk when her law degree. Then she quit the job after just a couple of years of working to start a new job as a lawyer in New York City. She became a specialist in corporate law at her new post.
